Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us at service@customanklets.com.

Please note: After 24 hours, orders enter the design or production stage and can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

As all items are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

However, we will gladly assist you if:

  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • There is an error in the customization that differs from your approved design
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and our team will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchange Policy (1-Year Coverage)

We want you to truly love your custom anklet. Within 1 year of delivery, we offer a one-time free exchange if:

  • You are not satisfied with the final design
  • The length is too long or too short
  • The anklet feels uncomfortable when worn
Conditions
  • This applies to one exchange per order
  • The replacement will be based on your updated preferences (design, size, or details)
  • The original item may need to be returned before a replacement is issued
Not Covered
  • Requests made after the 1-year period
  • Multiple exchanges for the same order
  • Intentional damage or misuse

5-Year Warranty

We proudly provide a 5-year warranty for quality assurance. If your anklet experiences breakage or fading, we offer repair services to restore your piece.

Covered: Manufacturing and material issues.
Not covered: Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear beyond expected use.
