I paid for my order using PayPal and I didn’t see where to fill in my shipping address

If you made your purchase using PayPal, your jewelry will be shipped to the address associated with your PayPal account. If you wish to receive it at a different address, please contact us with your Order ID number and provide the new address details.


We can change your shipping address until your item has been sent for packaging. Once your personalized jewelry is being prepared for shipping, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.

If your order is currently being produced and you wish to change the size of the chain, simply contact us with the correct chain length, and we will make the necessary adjustments for you.
