Please be aware that if your item has already been shipped, a restocking fee of 30% of the total item amount will be applicable.

If you made your purchase using PayPal, your jewelry will be shipped to the address associated with your PayPal account. If you wish to receive it at a different address, please contact us with your Order ID number and provide the new address details.

We can change your shipping address until your item has been sent for packaging. Once your personalized jewelry is being prepared for shipping, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.
