At Customanklets, each anklet is uniquely handcrafted and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, our policy is slightly different from standard retail items. Please review the details below.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders enter the design or production stage and can no longer be canceled.


Returns & Refunds

As all items are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

However, we will gladly assist you if:

  • You received a defective or damaged item

  • There is an error in the customization that differs from your approved design

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and our team will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchange Policy (1-Year Coverage)

We want you to truly love your custom anklet.

Within 1 year of delivery, we offer a one-time free exchange if:

  • You are not satisfied with the final design

  • The length is too long or too short

  • The anklet feels uncomfortable when worn

Conditions

  • This applies to one exchange per order

  • The replacement will be based on your updated preferences (design, size, or details)

  • The original item may need to be returned before a replacement is issued

Not Covered

  • Requests made after the 1-year period

  • Multiple exchanges for the same order

  • Intentional damage or misuse


5-Year Warranty

We proudly provide a 5-year warranty for quality assurance.

If your anklet experiences:

  • Breakage

  • Fading

We offer repair services to restore your piece.

Please note:

  • The warranty covers manufacturing and material issues

  • It does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear beyond expected use


Return Shipping Costs:

For defective/damaged items or customization errors: We will cover the return shipping costs.
For 1-Year Exchanges (e.g., size issues, dissatisfaction): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with sending the original item back to us.
