My promotional code doesn't work

If you are experiencing difficulty redeeming your coupon, it is possible that you entered an incorrect code or the code may have expired. To ensure successful redemption, please ensure that you enter the promotional code exactly as provided, without any spaces.

Why do I see a double charge on my billing statement?

If you find yourself in this situation, we recommend checking your email to see if you received two Order Confirmations, each with a unique Order ID Number. It is possible that customers may accidentally place two separate orders.

If this is the case, we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused. We are more than happy to assist by issuing a refund for one of the orders. To initiate this process, please send an email to our Customer Care Team along with a screenshot of your bank statement. This will help us identify the duplicate charge and resolve the issue promptly.

In some cases, you may notice the status of the charge as “PENDING” or “PROCESSING” on your bank statement. If this is the situation, please allow up to two business days for the charge to be cleared.

I have a PayPal account but I cannot complete the payment
